Working with Inovdesigns is different than working with other vendors - we're not just all about profit, we're about value. Our focus is on solving your unique business problems by applying our expertise in User Research, Product Strategy, and User Interface Design.
We work to minimize project risk and to improve the quality of your decisions by providing you with a working model of the interfaces that will drive the system, application, or product you're creating. As a result, you'll be better able to communicate with your developers, your team members, and your customers.
We know that an incredible amount of time, energy, and money has been spent on your business and we'll give it that same level of attention. We won't try to sell you some packaged solution or standardized design templates. We'll work with you to help your business - and your customers - succeed.
We believe that successful customers make for a successful business. Even if you don't agree with that, there's really no harm in having happy, successful customers, is there?

Dex Media launched a corporate intranet portal in 2002 and soon realized that they were suffering, like most corporate intranets, the effects of unmanaged growth.
Navigation was confusing, document management was non-existent, Search was just plain "broken," and no one trusted that the information that they did manage to find was valid.
The technology was implemented for technology's sake, and users were left to muddle their way through.
So in 2005, they hired Inovdesigns to help them redesign the intranet "the right way:" by using the technology to support users' needs.
FiservISS was transitioning their business and technology platform away from a java-based solution to one built on Microsoft.NET. As an investment firm, FiservISS (now LincolnTrust Company) not only allows investors to access and trade holdings in mutual funds, but also provides a channel for investors to access a substantial number of non-traditional assets such as LLCs, loans, and rare collectibles
As a data provider, FiservISS services both individual investors and financial representatives and in order to manage development complexity, the business wanted to try to keep both interfaces as similar as possible.
Home & Abroad, Inc. was developing a new approach to travel by creating a social, web-based travel planning application that would take into account individual travelers' likes/dislikes, interests, needs, etc. and recommend places to go and things to see based on that unique information.
They had a top-notch development team but needed to supplement that capability with top-notch User Experience expertise. Enter Inovdesigns, Stage Left.
Adopting an interative, user-centered approach to designing the application allowed Home & Abroad to quickly design, analyze, and refine a dynamic, user-friendly approach to capturing traveler information and using that data to find recommended travel and travel-related product information for over 85 destinations worldwide.
And it apparently worked; in 2006, Expedia, Inc. (one of the world's leading online travel companies) entered into a partnership with Home & Abroad to offer this unique - and usable - way to plan vacations to their millions of global users.

The Piton Foundation develops and implements programs to improve public education, expand economic opportunities for families, and strengthen low-income neighborhoods in Denver. In 2002, they added the capability for Researchers, Policy Makers and Grant Writers to analyze data about Denver's neighborhoods in order to support program development efforts.
Although neighborhood data was now available, users were finding it difficult to access and use. In addition, The Piton Foundation realized that their user base was transforming, but they weren't quite sure how it was changing or what their users now needed from the site.
Usablity test results on the redesigned information architecture and interactive prototypes revealed across-the-board improvments in navigation, information organization, and data interaction for both casual and advanced users.
