We've all had frustrating experiences when using technology. Be it confusing websites, frustrating software, or cumbersome mobile applications, we've had enough. As users ourselves, we were tired of being left to "figure out" how to use technology to get the information we need... So we launched an all-out attack on bad design!
But the problem goes beyond our personal experiences. From a business perspective, we know that bad designs can result in decreased revenues, increased customer support costs, and decreased customer satisfaction.
Simply put, bad design is bad business.
We also realize that bad design isn't just limited to what you find online. Take a look around you and you'll see that almost every software program, every computer, every hi-tech gadget you've ever used is plagued with usability issues. Ease-of-use and usefulness almost always lose out to aesthetics.
Our mission is clear: make technology - any technology - easier for people to use. We believe a key component to accomplishing this mission is better interface design.
